Gosam Lake | Image of Korea

Shim’s got a great photo set of Gosam Lake in Anseong, one of my favourite parts of Korea. Acclaimed Korean director Kim Ki-duk filmed “The Island” here and it’s not hard to see why. Pretty picturesque. With are over sixty lakes and reservoirs in the surrounding area, Anseong was a critical hub for farming throughout the Three Kingdoms Period.
