TBS dropped by Seoul Global Center a few weeks ago to report on the wide range of services the center provides exclusively for foreigners living in Korea. There’s a nice little clip about four-and-a-half minutes in on mobile services where Min explains just how easy it is to get a cell phone up and running in Seoul. For any of you out there who do not already have a mobile, or if you’re interested in getting a much better plan, drop by. You won’t find better service anywhere else.
