Baesangmyun Brewery & Sansawon

The Baesangmyun Brewery is located just outside Pocheon. It continues to produce traditional liquors from recipes that have been passed down for thousands of years. Connected to the brewery and spread out over three floors is Sansawon, a beautiful museum replete with artifacts that depict a unique series of distillation methods. I was there yesterday, nearly got lost and even scooped a bottle of traditional plum liqueur – something I have grown increasingly fond of.
